I haven't even put 10k miles on these tires yet and they're already needing to be replaced. Worst mistake I made was not spending good money for good tires. Spend an extra couple hundred for something that will last.
I was thinking that these were a good set up tires from the ratings but I guess you get what you pay for.
They don't last very long
Excellent tires, went on an 18rt challenger and were quieter and more comfortable that the oem run flat tires by far!
These are the second set of tires I've bought through simple tire and for the price, I have no complaints.
I am hard on tires and these hold up comparably to more expensive sets. Rain every day and they provide excellent traction.
I have aftermarket 20s on my '19 crv and I've gone through two sets of these (255/45/20). The treadlife is around 25k max. They start to lose traction at 20k. Up until 20k, these tires are fantastic up to 130mph. Quiet, smooth, reliable and stiff sidewall. However, with the 25% increase in price, I'm no longer a fan and am trying a 50k tire next.
Pros: Price, wear, and noise Low cost and seems to wear well Cons: Strength, snow traction, ability to balance Bulge formed on sidewall of one tire, assuming it's from a pothole. I've never had another brand tire do this. Tends to shake at high speeds even when balanced. Not good in the snow.
