I was pleasantly surprised how quiet this set of all terrain tires were! Yes, I can hear them, but 5 being noisiest, I give 'em a two. My truck rides great, and I know I'm already prepared for winter, though it's still five months out.

After using a set of these I think they are some of the best tires ever. They ride so smoothly and do great in bad snow and in emergency stops.

These tires have really been a good match for my 2006 Ford Expedition 4x4. I recently purchased all 4 after running that set of Goodyear Wrangler AT/S for 10 years putting some where around 65,000~70,000 miles of those miles 90% were accumulated in town or two lane county roads. I had to purchase just 1 this time because a lady ran a stop sign and hit the passenger side front fender and ruined that tire. These tires out perform the Continental tires that the SUV came with stock from the factory. We don't get a large a snow here in the South but when we do have winter weather it's usually ice and snow. These tires do a very good job keeping traction in this type of weather. They also grip the road very well when it rains.

Have not used in the snow yet so can not comment yet ! But from what I read they should be fine and be nice not to change to snows each year ! Have not really noticed any road noise and I drive with the radio off most of the time ! So far wearing well! and they seem to handle fine on wet or dry roads ! IMO a very good tire for a low price !
The Wrangler AT/S is an all terrain tire designed for use on SUVs and light trucks and offers drivers on and off road traction along with superb mud, water, and snow evacuation.
Features & Benefits
All-terrain tread
Outlined White Letter or Black sidewall depending on the tire's size
Built with a tough tread compound to help off-road performance
Drivers who like to spend their free time on trails need a tire that can not only get them there, but also perform on unpaved surfaces. The Wrangler AT/S from Goodyear was designed to give SUV and light truck drivers that combination and then some. Wide grooves within the tire's tread enhance snow traction on and off road, and the Wrangler AT/S features an aggressive shoulder design for a stylish look. Combining on and off road capabilities, the Wrangler AT/S is used as original equipment on the Chevrolet Colorado, Silverado, Tahoe, and Suburban, Ford-F150, and GMC Canyon, Sierra, and Yukon.
