The Milestar Patagonia A/T R tires receive mixed reviews, with many customers praising their performance and value, while others report issues with balancing and wear.
The Milestar Patagonia A/T R tires offer good value for those seeking an affordable all-terrain option. While many users praise their performance and appearance, there are concerns about balancing issues and longevity. These tires seem to be a suitable choice for light off-road use and daily driving, but may not meet the expectations of more demanding users or those seeking premium performance.
Positive highlights
Quiet and smooth ride for an all-terrain tire. Good performance in various conditions (dry, wet, snow, off-road). Attractive aggressive look. Excellent value for the price. Good traction and handling.
Negative highlights
Some users report difficulty balancing the tires. Issues with vibration at higher speeds. Faster wear than expected for some customers. Some users experienced poor wet traction.

Worst Tire I've Ever Owned.
These are absolutely the worst tire I have ever owned (Im 60 yrs old). My tire dealer has tried everything they can think of but cannot get these tires to ride above 74 MPH without vibrating like they are out of balance. I will never buy this brand again. I like the look but hate the ride!

Lots of vibrations
Overall, it isn't a bad tire but be prepared for a poor ride quality and constant vibrations. These tires have had a major vibration since day one and have had to be balanced every 500 miles for it to even be somewhat bearable. Customer service is a joke and refused to help in any way. I am at around 5k on them and with no end in sight with the ongoing vibrations and the constant balancing I took the loss and told them to pull them off and purchased another set. Overall, if they could get the vibrations and balancing issues figured out, they are a decent tire in dry weather and in the rain, but they do lack in the snow.

You get what you pay for
I live in the PNW and these tires are not great in wet conditions like advertised. They're definitely affordable and decent but do ware fast and contribute to a lot of road noise. I'll definitely be upgrading.

Great Tire So Far!
I labeled Winter as N/A because we have not gotten snow yet. Comfort is a 4 instead of a 5 just because they feel a little floaty, the truck has a little more lane wander after throwing these tires on but its nothing that really bothers me. I also labeled "noise" as N/A because I love having tire noise, I don't think these make too much but I really don't notice it. So far I have had them offroad in gravel, rocky, and grassy terrain. I also run them every day on the highway with no complaints, my fuel mileage has gone down a little since putting them on but they are more aggressive than the tires I had before. I just pulled out my boat the other day, usually would have to use 4wd due to the wet boat landing and the weight of the boat but these tires pulled just fine in 2wd no slipping. I have put around 6,000 miles on the tires and the tread is holding up well.

great tire, great for towing!!
I drive a ram 2500 with the cummins. I originally had nitto mud grapplers, but with the Florida heat and the torque I'm at they weren't cutting it was replacing them every 10k miles. I then went to a cheap all-terrain and those were worse lasted me about 5k miles. Got these one I've put about 20k miles on them since I've purchased them a month or 2 ago still have all the little hairs on the tire! rides smooth as can be down the high way. No issues so far, has no problem running 60mph down dirt roads.

Great traction and rugged looking
I was skeptical at first but after a couple of road trips and a good bit of city driving I liking these tires. They have some road noise but not too bad. In dry conditions they perform quite well. When the roads are wet they do get a little loose but only under heavier throttle. I have recommended them to a few friends and I will likely buy them again when this set wears out.

Honestly they are perfect so far. 25k miles
Quiet. Thank god they are quiet. Opera tires are cool and all but I don't want that anymore. They are great in the snow and water also.
